Departure Procedure

Aus Lärmschutzgründen für Turtig und Raron ist folgendes Verfahren anzuwenden:

Alle Starts bei Windstille grundsätzlich auf Runway 10
Run-up vor der Pisteneinmündung beim Clubhaus ausführen und nicht erst vor dem Auflinieren auf Runway 10
Starts auf Runway 28 nur bei mässigem oder starkem Westwind nach Ermessen des Piloten. Nach dem Start rechts über dem Fluss (Rhone) fliegen um unnötigen Lärm zu vermeiden!

For noise protection reasons for Turtig and Raron, the following procedure is to be applied:

All take-offs on Runway 10, when calm wind conditions
Run-up if possible prior to positioning at holding point (next to Hangar 1 or 2)
Take-offs on Runway 28 only in moderate or strong westerly winds at the pilot's discretion. After take-off, do right turn and fly over the river (Rhone) to avoid unnecessary noise!

Aus administrativen Gründen bitten wir sämtliche Piloten nach dem Flug das Formular für die Start- und Landliste auszufüllen.

For administrative reasons we ask all pilots after the flight to fill in the form for the start and landing list.
